Caring For Your New Artwork

Your new artwork was created using only professional-grade, archival materials & with proper care, your investment will be enjoyed for many, many years to come.

Handle your paintings or prints with care, avoid touching the painted or printed surfaces directly with bare hands. Allow professional framer to handle rolled prints or artworks on paper. Stretched canvas can succumb to damage even with light pressure, please avoid setting anything on or leaning anything directly against the canvas.

Occasionally remove dust from paintings on canvas by using compressed air or by gently brushing with a very soft, clean brush. Avoid stiff bristles or cloths as these can damage the surface of the painting. Avoid direct contact with liquids or chemicals or solvents of any kind.

To avoid damage, locate any artwork out of direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures and humidity. Avoid installing above or near heat sources. Framing paintings on stretched canvas under glass or covering in plastic can be detrimental as these both can trap moisture.

Professional packaging is recommended when transporting canvas artwork. Do not allow paper, cardboard, or plastic to come in direct contact with the painted surface.

Your new artwork(s) will be carefully protected, packaged, and insured. Original works on paper and fine art prints will arrive rolled and shipped in a mailing tube for safest transport. Fine art prints are printed to-order with archival pigment inks on premium archival fine art paper, inspected, and signed prior to shipment.

For all artworks, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to ship.

No refunds or exchanges are offered unless artwork is damaged in transit. In this rare circumstance, please review our Returns | Damages Policy here and carefully document all damage to artwork as well as shipping container and email photos to kellyolearyfineartstudio@gmail.com.

I want you to be thrilled with your new art, I’m happy to answer any questions or offer design assistance on style, dimensions, and placement. For purchases, you'll receive an invoice from my studio via Square where purchasing is quick, simple, and secure.

Shipping within the continental U.S. is included in the cost of your artwork. If you are outside of the U.S., please CONTACT me to obtain a shipping quote prior to ordering your new artwork.

Each original piece will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring that your artwork is an original work (it is highly recommended to store this somewhere safe, preferably separate from the artwork).
